Actually, I'm a miner ;).
I just figure the guy deserves a blue peter badge and a moon made of platinum for having the strength of resolve to delete a character capable of making so much money.

I`m guessing that a mining char would at least have some decent electronics/engineering/drone/nav skills so that`s quite a bit.
You know better though... by your calculations how long until the new char starts gaining ground on the old while specialising?
I`d prolly sell it or trade it for a new one if I were you.

He wasn't talking about the ISk for a ship, he was talking about the minerals. For every ship you buy, minerals were used to make it. For every mineral used to make it, someone was mining ore and refining it to produce that. Without miners somewhere to get the minerals, the PVPers don't get any newly produced ships, no matter how much ISK they have.

yes thats totally stupid in my opinion, may i ask what your 3rd charactor is.
is there a reason you couldnt just add to your 65 skills charactor with more skills to specialize in the area you want?
I still think thats stupid Mr. Calvert, why not just get another account since your in it for the long haul.
Reading the rest of the post I now comclude yes your are not all there.

2)if mining were not an important aspect of eve, now and in the future, there would be no roids.
3)to get a fresh slate? something wrong with the slate that charactor already had? I wonder.
4)But on the bright side, in eve you control your destiny and you pay for the account so j00 can do what ya want.
