FROM UP HEAR IT I XETIC'S FATE HAS BEEN SEALED. THEY HAVE LOST CONTROL OF TWO REGIONS AND PROMINET CORPS WILL SOON BE LEAVING. THEY FIELD NO FLEETS AT ALL. THEY REALLY ON STAIN TO SHEPARD THEIR FEW FIGHTERS. DISSENTION GROWS IN THEIR RANKS. THEIR TIME IS LIMITED.

Though my guess is that someone is bored at work and want to have some flames to watch
