So I tried out EveHQ, seemed to be some problems with it (can talk about that in another thread), so I uninstalled.
When I launched Eve, first launch went fine... then I launched a 2nd eve (dual account play) and the Eve WIndow never appeared. Both Eve Clients are run in windowed mode.
I tried "moving" the window only to find the move indicator was where the window should be during normal launch. I rebooted and tried again, only this time first launch had no window. I alt+entered to get full screen which worked.
After I logged into first account and set windowed mode, I launched 2nd instance of Eve, same issue, and I alt+entered again. Once I changed to windowed mode, I moved it to my 2nd monitor and went back to my main screen to do something. I selected the 2nd instance again and found it moved to my first monitor at adjusted resolution in what seemed to be full screen. I had to Alt+enter to get it to jump back to my 2nd screen and then went to windowed mode again.
Now this is the story of my life...
I dont know what is causing this, I looked in the Eve game folder to find anything that might be causing this, but I see nothing. I also am checking the Registry as I type this to check for anything there.
As a backup I am redownloading Eve for reinstall.
Needless to say, this has upset my plans for play tonight and I am not happy. I dont know that EveHQ is the issue, but it was the last thing I did before this issue occured as everything was working properly beforehand.

Fix to above is as follows.
Go to: C:\Documents and Settings\<WinLogin>\Local Settings\Application Data\CCP\EVE\e_eve_tranquility\
rename the settings folder to "settingsbak" or something similar. Launch Eve which will create a new settings folder. rename new settings folder to "settings_bak", rename "settingsbak" to "settings", open the "settings" folder and rename "pc.dat" to "pc.dat.bak".
go to the "settings_bak" folder and copy the pc.dat into the "settings" folder. All is restored.
It seems the pc.dat file got corrupted. I do not know what caused this, but perhaps EveHQ people can let us know if that file is edited by their software which would exclude them from causing the issue.
