This lottery is on behalf of a third party and is a great chance for people to make a massive leap up the skill tree for as little as 10m isk.
This is an 84m SP Gallente specced character, absolutely perfect for the upcoming Mothership change or just a perfect main character.
There will be 2,000 tickets available.

How will the lottery be drawn?
I have a very unique process of drawing a lottery, you dont need to trust me, as I film the entire drawing in a way that cannot be fabricated, let me explain how!
The lottery will be drawn via Randomizer program. I will announce on my thread the winner is being drawn, I will film myself making this post so you can see it has not been previously fabricated, via camtasia studio. I will then visit the randomizer webpage enter all the correct fields (you will be able to download the video of me doing this) and randomize a number. As soon as the video is uploaded the winner will be announced and arrangements made for collection.
Who are you?
For information on who I am you can visit my thread and see past trades and references from parties involved.
What about the transfer fee?
The transfer fee will ofcourse be paid by the party selling the character. All you need for this character is an empty slot on any account!
I'd like some tickets please!
To buy tickets all you need to do is send multiples of 10m isk to Darknesss(remember the 3 s's).
For one ticket you send 10,000,000
For three tickets you send 30,000,000
For one ten tickets you send 100,000,000
If the tickets do not sell to a reasonable standard I will ofcourse refund the tickets!

Due to this the layout of the lottery has changed slightly. This lottery is to win the right to buy the character for 1 isk. The trade itself will be done via character sale forum the same as any other character trade.

Its hard to be original when 3rd partying or doing lotteries, there are so many now its near impossible to be original, however I will probably be doing alot more character lotteries judging by the popularity of this one. At the end of the day im trying to do business and make profit, not be original.
If anyone has any suggestions or feedback to give i'd love to hear from them.

I already declined a number of character lotteries  due to CCP's transfer rules and some other potential "issues" I really don't want to become tangled with. I wish Dark best of luck with his lottery though and bump for the needing.

Hello, can you tell me exactly what date and time you sent the isk so I can investigate. I had a quick look through my wallet but couldn't see your name however there are alot of deposits so I could have easily missed it.

Hello i've got the isk in wallet, im currently investigating the reason this didnt update we have been having the odd issue with a very small ammount of people.
Your tickets will be showing at the next API update - everyone sending isk for tickets please check 2 hours or more after sending me money that you have been assigned tickets. Its a very rare occurence however we have now had 3 people with this issue and are trying to track down the problem.

Do you have an amount of tickets in mind, or a closing date? This will have been running for a fortnight soon and I'm pretty keen to see if I need to be deleted so my main can have a free bunk for Mr 84M. 
While tickets arent selling as fast as they were originally they're still selling by a minimum of 100-200 a day. I'm sure the rest of the tickets will sell reasonably fast, so the lottery will end when all 3,000 tickets have sold.

The video has been downloaded 116 times so far and can only assume the problem with the video is your end as i've had no other complaints.

You are right however if you look again there is an issue with the search bar for tickets. When i searched ticket 624 the ticket number 2377 comes up (which is not the winning ticket number). Its merely the search bar recalling 624th ticket from 3000 - 0001 rather than 0001 - 3000. This error will be corrected for next time.
If you then look i enter ticket number 2377 (i'll reiterate again) the search bar counts 624th tiket as the 624th from last ticket to be sold when infact it should count as the 624th ticket TO BE SOLD. I merely then used the 2377 ticket number in search bar to reveal the true holder of the 624th ticket to be sold - which as its clearled marked:
