I already declined a number of character lotteries  due to CCP's transfer rules and some other potential "issues" I really don't want to become tangled with. I wish Dark best of luck with his lottery though and bump for the needing.

Its hard to be original when 3rd partying or doing lotteries, there are so many now its near impossible to be original, however I will probably be doing alot more character lotteries judging by the popularity of this one. At the end of the day im trying to do business and make profit, not be original.
If anyone has any suggestions or feedback to give i'd love to hear from them.
