Why do I keep getting these phantom objects in my overview all the time? This seems to happen often when jumping through stargates and the problem is worst of all after a long trip auto-piloting somewhere.
Here is a screenshot of what my overview will look like after a few jumps:
None of this stuff is actually present, yet the greyed-out icons remain in my overview.

Tap control, Since apocrypha, or thereabout holding control freezes the overview so that the order does not change. Letting go of control or tapping it stops the effect

This has started to occur for me. Strangely, only since I started using a dual monitor setup. It happens often (though not always) the overview changes and window focus is on another app on the monitor that I don't have EVE running on.
This never happened when I was on one monitor but had window focus elsehwere.
Tapping Ctrl does clear this, but it's annoying.

I have had this for a while now, both in Vista 64, gtx 280 card all latest drivers and it still here in Windows 7 64, again all drivers up to date, can we have a fix please

the same issue here. I'm using a dual monitor/dual box on my pc. When playing on the laptop with one account, I never had this problem. So it definitely seems to be related to dual monitor configurations.
It not only shows an overview littered with ghost objects, but also doesn't refresh when new ships warp in/spawn. This almost cost me some ships already. Without permanently refreshing the overview manually, you cant be sure to be on top of things...
Please CCP, have a look at this!
