So im shopping for a ship today, im checking the ships channel. and i see a good deal, almost too good. i write the guy up, and i go to meet him. he trades me the ship, i trade him the isk. no big deal. 10 minutes later i realize what he traded me, was worth about 23 mil less then what it was worth. thats right, i get dooped into buying a frig instead of a ceptor. so ive got two choices: A. Be extremely ****ed about this, and mumble threats under my breath, or B. Hold a grudge and hunt him down for days. i went with B. I follow the guy for roughly 3 hrs(my alts were my eyes). the guy hops ina bestower, and heads north. i follow him for about 15 jumps, and we come near lower sec. status. he goes into a 0.0, not realizing he has a shadow. i let him go deeper for about 4 jumps. then i engage as he comes out of warp. we're talking 1800m/s of ****ed off Psyrus. i slam my ship into his hull while stassing/jamming him. he pops like a cork. i had my satisfaction. but the guys cargo might as well have been gold. it was christmas, hes carrying 40m worth of crow bpc's. no BPO though  . i had my satisfaction from the kill, the bpc's were a bonus.

What's stassing?
And what scam isn't cowardly?
This one, however, can be considered stupid, since the fool didn't scam with an alt and let himself get killed. The nice cargo only lowers his esteem.
Any self-respecting (probably not a realistic way to describe scammers) scammer wouldn't be stupid enough to fly with his scammer while carrying a precious cargo. Guess he learned more than you did from this.

This game is about the people not the ISK. The ISK is virtual the people flying ships aren't. You can replace the ISK but not the people you meet. Why else would corps attend memorials for players who've unfortunately passed away that they've never met in RL. Even scamming little grubs need friends.

I find it amazing that people actually accept ships through the trade window without doing a show info on them.

A.) 23mil is more than anyone would pay for any interceptor.
B.) First post?
C.) Offending party's name?

I have to agree with nizzin, either A) this post is a crock of ****, or B) the guy you killed had the intelligence of an amoeba.
But considering he managed to scam you out of 23mill for a Condor, id say B) isnt the case, and A) is more likely!

A. The indy wasnt flying in to 0.0 space, he flew out of empire in a shuttle, hopped ina stower, and headed back to empire.
B. he sold me 1 crow for 15 mil, and sold me another for half price in one trade.
C. Im not one for going around saying, "Hey! watch that guy, or you'll get scammed!" CCP gave us the freedom to scam, hell if this guys makin good isk off it, then he can go crazy for all i care.
D. And nizzin, maybe its just you who cant afford 23 mil for a ceptor, thats chump change to me pal. *buys 40mil worth of quafe*
