I have an alt and wanted to buy with him some stuff. My alt is fairly new and cant fit good stuff, though i must stick to basic ones. But when i see on market 34mil isk for a basic cap relay or 18mil for a basic dunno, i must say that ppl trying to scam newcomer for money they really earned hard its more than just scam...
