As of this point, I do. I have afterall been trying to figure this all out for the last couple of days. But thanks for posting your opinion. Anything is better than nothing I suppose.

You knew before, otherwise you would not have asked enough questions from player ships to get down to 0.0 safely, as you claimed, and yet when you got there did not know the difference.

First, posting chat logs on the forums are against the rules. IBTL/censoring.
Second, CVA is an alliance which operates in the Providence region. They operate on a "NRDS" policy, which means "Not Red, Don't Shoot". You apparently destroyed a ship in Providence which was blue/neutral to CVA, which is against their "NRDS", policy. As such, they are demanding that you pay back the ISK that was lost in that engagement, or else you will be set to "red", which will make you KOS - Kill On Sight.
This means if you do not pay back the ISK, CVA will attack you on sight. Which in turn means that it will be very unlikely that you will survive any of their gate camps unless you are in a cloaky,sneaky ship like a cov ops or recon.
Don't forget; all the ally's freindly to CVA run off off CVA's KOS List

Even when you shoot a computer controlled NPC ship there is a consequence, namely you lose standing with that faction.

Read my post above. Follow the links to the law and CVA site. There is also a search for their KOS list on the site.
Otherwise, don't start a fight, just finish them.

You go by the rules they have laid out (linked in the above post) or you check the KOS list which they have handily provided for visitors (linky).

Ahhh... The thankless, unrewarding work of a CVA KOS list official.
Not only do they have to deal with idiots and pathetic trolls like the OP every day; But CCP also seem to appreciate what they have done in regards getting 0.0 population density up enough to reward them by not really considering them when it comes to "paying CONCORD" for sovreignty.

I just looked up what a retribution was. I like the idea of flying that ship. Also, thanks for the words of encouragement. Its pretty much what the CORP I joined said. Plus, I've had nothing but pure fun for the last two days. I think I am going to like this game a lot. |
