Look up the 'noble' zet class hardwirings. One of those works on remote reps.

Slot 6 - Sprite KXX series reduces capacitor needed for capital shield emission systems only.
Slot 7 - Gentry ZEX series reduces capacitor needed for capital armor emission systems only.
Slot 7 - Noble ZET series reduces capacitor needed for armor emission systems (not cap ones).
Slot 7 - Squire EE series reduces capacitor needed for energy emission systems.
Slot 8 - Gnome KXA series reduces capacitor needed for shield emission systems.
There don't look to be any that reduce the cycle time or increase the rep amount. |

There is the Talisman set for Energy Emissions systems will reduce cycle time, apart from that...
The ONLY thing in the game that will modify rep amount is the T3 Logistics subsystem.
