So ccp contradict themselves then?
When I asked a ccp dev in sisi a few monthes ago, he said dessies were indeed allowed.
Think about it, if they are so different, why then are dessies and frigs allowed in the lowest tier faction warfare gates, yet no other ships are?
what a way to even further shunt dessies from any one actually testing them.

Balancing and other testing is just as important if not more so then bug hunting. If you can't understand the concept of a test server you shouldn't be on it.
