You don't need ISK to AFK cloak, why be concerned with ISK per hour? Unless, are you a fellow OWS? If not rest assured we are working for Justice on Wall Street so you can afford to play video games like a Human Being without having to grind Plesk like a robot. |

Anyway, I would agree here actually, just sitting there is one thing... but you dont need any titan bridge to cause serious disruption
Personally i was part of a black ops team back in the days that basicly shut down an entire region and we were like 10 dedicated people + some others. We racked up a bunch of kills and a LOT of smack in local. So yes, it is possible to be very annoying to the locals if you have the dedication for it.
And you really dont need a lot of kills before nullbears become so afraid that they rather stay safe in their station than trying their luck... with yet another gazillion or so nerf AFK cloaks threads... and of course plenty of tears and talk about moving to WH space if you even suggest removing their favourite hand holding safekeeper which would be local.

TEST had a pretty serious AFK brigade in Delve when I was there. Didn't stop me grinding the anoms in a solo Tornado. Then a dude tried to decloak and pop me in a bomber because it's easy, rite? He died.

Well we had Liv Dreams camping for TWO WEEKS and when they finally got popped, it was in a stealth bomber.  And all they did was afk cloak and shoot a torp at our JB.
But I ratted with even Zed Mike in local. Still, though, maybe he guessed I was trying to bait him
