CCP dropbear i have completed some of the new content regarding boosters in some of the 0.0 regions. i actually enjoyed them. there is just one problem
the entire booster market is FUBARed because of the illegality in highsec, and to a lesser extent the prohibitive cost of the booster skills
me and most of my corpmates are based out of wormholes, and we are desperately in need of standard crash boosters at any point in time(woot stealth bomber gangs!) but we can never get our fix because no one in lowsec sells them and we cant haul them out of highsec. the only way we are able to come across these is from a special order to dedicated booster producers. nd the logistics are a nightmare
but all in all i know alot of people who would love to use boosters but are unable to do so due to the limit on movement within all of the trade hubs.
maybe allowing transport in highsec, but prohibiting use within highsec (standing loss, fine. maybe faction police come after you in some severe cases)
i really like the booster content and allowing more people to experience it is a good thing

im saying that yes boosters need to be 'illegal' and difficult to obtain, bu not impossible like they are currently. the only way those people are getting their supplies into jita is by logging on right after downtime and jumping it in before any customs NPCs have spawned. any other time you are SOL for moving boosters. the customs mechanics as they are are arcane relics from 2003 anyways. they really need a overhaul, but thats going on a different tangent
no ulterior motives here, i just want a supply of boosters for all my pilots

i live in a class 5 wormhole, is that far enough?
but seriously, where is a trade hub in lowsec that sells boosters?
black market trading is a skill that you are unable to obtain unless you started with a specific build 3 years ago. and yes custom NPC spawn greadually over time starting with 0 at downtime.
