I try to do invention from a Small Rig BPC with 300 runs. I doesn't work. An Info Window pops up "Production Job will fail" and "It is not possible to invention a Small ... Blueprint, there is no chance of it succeeding."
Unfortunatly this message is no help and I can't find any hints to this matter. Can somebody help me on the right way please?

It's probable that CCP accidentally missed a few T1-to-T2 item links for invention of some of the new medium and small rigs. There's been a few mis-linked blueprints before.
Bug report it and they'll hopefully get it fixed in an upcoming patch.

The BPC has 0 ME and 0 PE, but that should carry no weight, shouldn't it?
I think I'm going to file a petition after DT, except somebody has another suggestion...
There is no small targeting system subcontroller II to find anywhere btw. No blueprint, no finished module, not in contracts, not in Jita.

Its not the chance of getting a BPC, its that it won't invent in the first place.

There is an issue with the electronics superiority small and medium rig invention. This has been already fixed internally and should be patched in Dominion.

Thanks for your answer. Right before I read this, I filled a bugreport, well.. never mind. 
Dominion is still scheduled for November?
