I agree. It was very pathetic for the corps to pack up and leave CA because of tough times. You either adapt or die. We stuck it out in younger days with FE when being specifically targeted by NVA, we stuck it out when totally outnumbered in Cache. Honor and Integrity is all you have in EVE, without that you just have words.
I could not agree with you more as that pretty much sums up 2 of the 3 core rules for EVE: 1)Adapt or die 2)Kill or be killed (primarily 0.0) 3) Honor and Integrity are all you have.

i have to agree with dianabolic. these corps chose to run when their allies needed them the most.
i label them as traitors and cowards. The honor is not in winning or losing, the honor comes from choosing to stand up when what you belive in is threatened. thse corps have given up on their belifes and will for ever be shamed in my eyes.

I'm not really involved with the CFS/FA war, so I might see some thing wrong.
CFS isn't the "Coalition of Free Stars" I learned to like (always heard about open space, where you can try out 0.0 space without becoming a part of an alliance). Right now it seems like they are fighting against FA and not for free space . The leaders of both alliances wanted the war, else I really can't understand that the diplomatics are so bad.
If an alliance gets insane the corps really have to choice between "having no spline" or "following blindly and throwing away honor".
And if I wanted to destroy CFS, I really did it like it happened. Get a PvP experienced corp (say... give 'em a second chance because they were pirates before) in the alliance, tell everybody that they are now strong enought and go out trashing some stations. If FA really did so, well done. But that wouldn't be possible with a good CFS leadership, they really have to see that. Or some people thought about blaming the PvP-corp for starting the war and go mining later again.
I really would like to be know as somebody who think before acting rather than somebody that followes blindly a deamon into hell.

The Silver Dragon Defense Corporation has Officially Resigned from the Orion Alliance. I was not sure where to post this, so I found the nearest Period Basis Withdrawl forum and placed it here. I am sick of the discontent and the war which was fought over stupid reasons. I have engaged and destroyed many CFS ships as well as lost some of my own. For what? I believe this war was a mistake from day 1. So therefore I am officially ending hostilities by leaving the PB to those who want to squabble over it and moving on to better things... This is Richter Etrenank signing out... -Richter Etrenank -Former Fleet Commander, Orion Alliance

I will ask all DSMA/CFS corporations to return standings to 0.0. Silver Dragon were honourable opponents on the battlefield. Richter and I had a good chat, hopefully in the future we can meet and work alongside as friends.

You speak kind words Rover, however many battles I have fought against your corp, and however many ships have died to my hand. I can't say I regret, however they were done without malice or hatred. I have fought only when ordered by counsil to do so... that is it... your words honor me Rover. Perhaps there is still a chance for peace... however as my loyalty and honor states, I will never attack Orion alliance or their allies unless provoked by them. It is a promise of honor I made to them upon my resignation. -Richter

Originally by: Jorev These corps sold their souls for the promise of crokite and Blood Raider farming, with an option of shooting Serpentis at 5m/day. A bit cheap IMO.
If you at least were offered FA membership...but your honor for this?
Dude you do know your own alliance(CA) has Softice on trial right?... right?

Don't forget about Quasar as well ... Guess we're not the carebears that people "think" we are. See you in space.

I wouldn't say pitty at all. We have friends in CA and due to SA's non-aggression affiliation with FA at the time of the decision it was decided that CA was the logical choice. The members of Softice are enjoying our current relations with CA and are looking forward to permanent membership. That decision however is the choice of the CA council after we finish our trial. See you in space.

i totally agree with Darth here.
Dianabolic is a enemy that is fun to fight and he also got big **** and spine also.
you fight for your mates until you are pushed into the 59th ibis then you are allowed to go mine in yulai.
ppl need to grow some and straighten out that spine. no matter which alliance or corp, if you do not have pride then what do you have.
