Salvaging doesn't flag you because no one owns the wreck, you own the loot, the wreck is colored to show loot ownership. CCP has stated this, salvaging is also an official "mini-profession" These are facts stated by CCP, C&P isn't the place for game suggestions. So no, discussion here isn't to get the game changed, you're an obvious troll and it's sad that so many people can't see it.

Just for the record, science and mathematics are the 2 lacking subjects of the US, literacy is at 98%.

The game is written in the way they want it to work. You derailing the thread to try and prove that the average american is a moron doesn't add anything to this topic. If I'm a criminal IRL, and I'm driving down the street, police don't blow up my car and then just leave me alone as long as I'm walking (in a pod). This isn't up for discussion.
