Maybe a little expensive , but that would be addresed with moons nerf.
FREE T2 Ships is a VERY BAD IDEA.

The absolute amounts are changing, the Insurance/Cost percentages will stay the same.
I am not familiar with insurance calculation
As long as t2 ships will not become t1, it should be good.
