RA's main FC announced alliance's plan to move to Curse Region to "harden the f up." Pretty much he repeated the exact plan Daira Lir suggested in the previous failed RA coup. The main goals are shedding dead weight, who stays in alliance just for the sake of a famous ticker. In addition they plan to acquire real PVP experience and improve pilot skills. According to him they will not completely abandon their territories though and will try to make it as hard as possible for Atlas to slow down their progress.
