Then get some life experience - you sound extremely immature.
I recommend you begin with a degree level education and concentrate on producing a portfolio of project work that shows a clear ability to conceptualize and realise your ideas. In whatever field you specialise in.
Get some relevant work experience and leave the USA for a couple of years, head to Europe or Asia on a placement or to study to get a wider cultural and political world view. Ideally take that opportunity to become bi-lingual.
Write or produce a short film, play, dance routine, or other artistic piece. Exhibit or perform it.
Make some media contacts and/or write for magazines.
Look to go in to a 'creative' environment centered around team/departmental co-operation, either in advertising, tv/media or other project work in a technical field. Strive to set challenges for yourself that show a genuine enthusiasm for creativity and/or technical detail and be ambitious enough to apply for and secure promotions. Move around. Don't stay in a safe job just because its easy money.
Want more out of life and do things most people don't: travel, stay fit, set yourself physical and intellectual challenges, do some charity work, join the right clubs and political parties etc etc etc.
By which time you will have either failed, got married and settled for middle of the road tedium, been shot/mugged/decapitated on your travels by nasty people, had a breakdown, made a million and started your own company or realised you have absolutely no interest in working for 15k at some dead end software company.
If you really just want to be a gimp working for a pittance at CCP, I'd start by getting a job at any entertainment/media company and establish a year to eighteen months worth of positive 'experience' (likely customer service, managing a small team of losers, brainstorming in an advertising agency, report writing or data correlation etc) and go from there.
You will grow up sooner or later I guess. Right now you sound like a typical starry eyed, nothing much to offer, teenage wastrel. I should know, I was one myself.
Course....a great deal of what was stated in the above paragraph is assuming the poor slob has the personal/borrowed funds and time to do all of that good ole personal development schtuff. Hell, I know when I was younger, my summers were spent doing factory work to subsidize my tuition and at school living expenses.
