I like CVA but they need to step up to the plate and force -7- to pony up the cash and an apology or the whole Providence credibility takes a nose dive.
If he was killed while not on their crappy wanted list then -7- broke the terms of the CVA agreement.

I have no idea what exactly happened why, so not going to comment on that. But if you think they did something they shouldnt have done you talk to their diplos/cva diplo's. Well or you go emo on forums but that for sure wont solve anything.

All of the would-be carebear alliances in CVA space are pirates. . .It's the only way they can get their PvP on.
-Lord knows they would'nt dare pick a fight with any other nul-sec alliance!
As far as talking to a CVA diplomat. . .in my mind that's sort of like teaching a pig to sing, it just wastes your time and annoys the pig.

Well, in all fairness, imagine station camping your own station, in your secured space, and how absolutely hideously boring that is. Then apply that to an area of space where you cannot shoot anyone (NRDS), and you can kind of sympathize with their horrible station camping fleet commander (if they even have one) for making up the odd diplomatic incident involving non-existent characters, and corps that have been in providence with 0 kills, 8 losses.

Severance are like that ultra-strong but dangerously dim ******-child that lived at the bottom of street. You know, the one you knew when you were a kid; had the brain of a three year old but the physique of a twenty-nine year old Christian Bale. These kids would crush skulls in their ovrsized palms for kicks.
Imagine Severance as that child. And now imagine that they've got an extra-sturdy crash helmet (read: thin metaphor for CVA's "rules"). They're good to go...and unstoppable.

generalizing FTL. maybe you could get a clue before actually talking.
providence get's enough -a-, u'k, pl, atlas, red overlord and whatnot roaming around. don't worry, we got all the pvp we want and more.
