tbh i think they'd sell about the same, apoc might sell a bit more.
Basically the apoc can do everything the geddon can, and does it better, except the all megapulse/dmg mod setup. You can fit one more miner on apoc  so all the roid hugger like it. Its propably the best NPC hunter atm and is still awsome at pvp. It can tank extremely well and churn out a fair ammount of damage.
the only thing the geddon has over the apoc is the gankgeddon, and not everyone feels comfortable flying a ship that an ibis can take out

yep, the thing that makes a gankgeddon so good is not the damage it can do in one hit, it is the damage it can do in 20 or 30 seconds due to its rate of fire.
