to answer some of your comments
a)for most of the night it was 10 of them and 10 of us in local, yes we did have more ships in the area. of cause pirates are well known for only fighting with even odds i am sure they have never ganked anyone,
b)by reading the first post it clearly shows the distiction between HoW and soul cartel
("Last night PIE took its first actions against Hooligans Of War (HoW) and other pirates in the Misaba region since the offical war went active.
One pirate Raven from the Soul Cartel and three pirate cruisers and a frigate from Hooligans of Warö)
c) a which point did we say that crucifixtion was to "engage someone in battle" by your definition "to torment treat unfairly or cruelly" is exacitly what we did to them clearly shown by the terrible laungage and comments in local as they were forced to spend yet anouther night in a station.
PS. Yantar û bragging about your ability to hide in stationsà. Is strange

banroc appears to be having trouble with his counting tonight 3 pie ships had 13 pirate ships (almost all HoW) camping in stations / safespots / clocked. HoW refused to fight.
later more ships joined us making the odds around 2-3 to 1 against us, and still they they would not fight.
as its late i will sleep now, if they wish to call me a lier a screeny shot will be up clearly showing the numbers by this time on thursday.
good night

Intresting sig,
kheram liberation front, helping rid lower domain of the amarrian kind
Pirates are organising against us? the more the better saves us tracking them down. i havnt seen you or your corp in the lower domain region yet Darqnite, dont be shy come on down.
(best to fight before resorting to one line posts, half of which are blah blah blah, just makes you look like a muppet realy)
