My current Setup (Named is always better!):
High:
4x Standard Launchers
Med:
1Mn MWD 1
1Mn AB 1
Cap Recharger 1
Low:
2x MAPC
I wish I could put a ballistic control on, but you need that extra AB to avoid the missles. I have only done a few L3 missions in it so far, but I have yet to actually get hit. I do have nearly maxed nav/cap skills.

I just noticed I made a mistake in my post!!!
I am using a 10Mn AB 1, not a 1Mn MWD, along with the 1Mn AB. This keeps me flying fast enough to outrun those heavy missles and not get hit by turrets. Still havent died, but yes those Decapacitator missles are NASTY! Just finished my first solo important kill mission as well.
I am going to try switching the cap recharger out for a couple things...shield booster, webber, anti-tracker? because I have plenty of cap without it.
