However, you should be able to fly and combat fit a frigate. Combat fits include a reasonable tank (armor or shield, depending upon frigate type,) tackle (web + scram/disruptor,) and MWD/AB. You will naturally need to be able to fit guns/missiles, again depending upon the frigate type. If you are a younger character, training up learning skills are crucial as they will help you train all the other skills faster as time goes on. Hope this helps.

I started with the alt but now am hungry for some action. I have been nursing Slime Slurper along and he is now at a point (8 mill SP) where he is starting to become interesting.
