ic ISD has already started its new major event, its nice to keep everyone busy and its fair too, but shouldnt there be a colossus race final first? been waiting some for that..
can anyone give me any info/guesses on when it will be?

Didn't the State cancel it due to CA criminal actions?
Where do you sign up for the gallente one?

last word i heard was between the fanfest and shiva, so expect it between now and around a 3 weeks - month.

I could be wrong, but I think I remember hearing that the two major events are being ran by two different teams within the ISD.

Looking at the Race web-page some should have raced the 4-7 of October and the page is not updated yet how they did, only 3 weeks ago  so I wonder if there will ever be a final

ah i sure there will be a final
just dont exspect to hear about till after the event.
as i have qulified for the race, you might assue that we (the peeps in the final) whould get soem advance warning of the final's date and time.
but alas no....
so not only is the final going to be a test of speed and duribility, its also gonna require people to be able to drop everything at a moments notice to be able to race.
many people will not be able to.
1. get the time off work
2. prepair to stay up all hours of the night (if the final is at an anti-social time to them)
of corse im not actualy saying anything that many other people have allready stated. but that dosnt mean its gonna make any impression on the deaf ears its aimed at.

RM, we've been told that the race would be between the fanfest and the release of exodus and that we would be given warning, if i mind right, of at least a week. So from that, we've 3-4 weeks max (or there abouts) till the race, with at least a week from today. Odds are it'll be on a weekend to prevent as many people missing as possible.
Yes, i'd be ince to know more, but i think they're more worried about exodus atm. 
Btw RM, you decided if you'll reactivate your account for the race, or you still hedging if the race is before/after your date?

What about us Minmatar? We don't get any special events, and our racial weapons are the worst in the game.

no but seriously nobody ever said a slaves life was an easy life and thus last in line for a little luv from CCP.
And should they get any luv? after all they are labled a slave race. I would think a more challenging role than an amarr character.
Why did you guys get enslaved by the amarrians anyways? That is something i've never found out any basis for.
Maybe they enslaved you cuz your guns simply don't work and you ships lack modernization and new technologies. maybe they saw your race as being utterly defenseless with that ancient form of weaponry used by the primative minmatar ships. After all, one would think if the minmatar ships and guns were so advanced then how'd you guys allow yourselves to be enslaved in the first place?
must be an IQ factor involved with a minmatars character make up, not sure.

Of course, since the Jovians came along and the Minmatar freed themselves from the grip of the Amarr, they've kind of had to hold back on their religious reclaiming...
