Meh before the war started it was star in delve, dsma in period basis, fix/qdf in querious and cfs blithering about in all 3 regions but mostly period basis. There were other alliances in the regions but most were too small to be mentioned, fell apart or joined one of the others.
Dunno what the story is with the orion federation in period basis atm, dont even know who they are aligned with but somebody said they were pro-fa but again dunno.

Cause honestly, all those petty small alliances out there are pretty pathetic and only exist as a reserve-supply of CA targets doubling up as blood vats for the leeching FA.
At least with CFS one could decide to go to the trouble of setting standings to something. With 10 small crappy alliances in there I can't see any of the big boys going to that trouble for the long run.
You guys need to unite or bugger off. Being divided only leads to being trampled, and most certainly when in between CA and FA.
