CCP needs to make the 5th propulsion system have a jumpdrive.. preferably one that can jump to any star in range. Blane Xero > Lance is at -0.9 sec status with a 1 million bounty. LAnce is also amarrian. Thats 3 evil points |

I think we are lucky to get 4 subsystems. CCP has a bad case of ADHD and doesn't finish new things that they start until years after they hit TQ (see probing and faction warfare, etc, etc) Business as usual, really.

personally i'd love to see them release tier 5, but god knows when that will happen anyone got a rundown on them from SISI as i dont have it installed here.
what i'd like to see are different class of t3 ships, i mean wheres the modular frigates or modular destroyers/cruisers, hell a modular destroyer, to actually make a useful version would be nice :)

What I'd like to see:
Electronics ----------- All races: Logistics subsystem 150% shield(Caldari & Minmatar)/armor(Amarr & Gallente) transfer range per level 1 high, 3 mids Allows T3 to be viable logistics ship. No energy transfer bonuses or CPU/power reduction bonuses to keep it from being better than T2.
Propulsion ---------- All races: Cargo hold subsystem +2k-ish m3 cargo hold 5% cargo capacity per level 1 low Low speed/agility
Engineering ----------- Amarr: TD subsystem 5% to Tracking Disruptor effectiveness per level 5% to Tracking Disruptor drone effectiveness per level 25 MB/s drone bandwidth, 50 m3 drone bay 1 high, 1 mid, 1 low
Caldari: ECM drone subsystem 15% to ECM drone jamming strength per level 10% reduction in ECM target jammers' capacitor need per level 25 MB/s drone bandwidth, 50 m3 drone bay 1 high, 2 low
Gallente: SD subsystem 5% to Remote Sensor Dampener effectiveness per level 5% to Sensor Dampener drone effectiveness per level 25 MB/s drone bandwidth, 50 m3 drone bay 1 high, 1 mid, 1 low

bubble launchers are awesome (and I support those over the HIC bubble mod)
however your propulsion mod is just lol, I mean... cargo, seriously? make that into a stardrive. Amarr engineering sub needs 2low 1mid..
but most of those are good :)
also, its nice to see subs that work together - your electronics + adaptive augmentor means that you get some nice bonuses to remote rep, making it a viable option. Blane Xero > Lance is at -0.9 sec status with a 1 million bounty. LAnce is also amarrian. Thats 3 evil points |

Ummm. With the current state of defender missiles, and their.... lack of purpose, ESPECIALLY on a caldari missile slinging ship, that'd kinda be a wasted subsystem.
Not to mention the extra velocity to the missile doesn't seem like it'd really help anything --------------------------------------------

You just ****ed me off with the suggestion of a frikken RSD sub for gallente, and FFS mwd sig rad bonus SUCKS. The sig bloom is SO big that 5% doesn't do anything. Seriously.
And beyond that, proteus is STILL the only T3 that doesn't have a propulsion subsystem that increases velocity or agility.
Your ideas are not good.

Who urinated in your Amarrios?
As for the RSD subsystem, it's the only proteus engineering subsystem to offer more offense and a mid slot. (and the proteus really lacks mids)
Yes I know MWD sig bonus isn't great and should probably be 7.5% or 10%, but you come up with another Gallente oriented defense bonus.
