They seem to be moving Minmatar away from "rustbucket", and more into "desert storm" territory. Not sure how I feel about it....

The Hyena has a sattelite dish
The Sabre is the most amazing looking ship ever
Tech 2 battleships look quite bad with space-camo
The Huginn is bugged
The Prowler's middle bit has been replaced with something else and is animated. (don't know how to describe it)

Looks like the Khanid colour scheme went to Core Complexion. There goes the last reason to fly Amarr ships - at least they used to have the best colour scheme...

But at least some of my confidence in CCP is restored - looks like they're still capable of making beautiful skins - they just shifted from Amarr to Minmatar...

Oh - and at least they're consistent in putting the wrong logos on the ships...

All Tier 3s were launched with V3 skins.

T3 cruisers will get V3'd some time in the future. As to the technical details, I couldn't begin to comment.

No they were not. Capitals and t3 have yet to be touched. Only thing has has changed was the new shader when v3 first rolled out.

What are these filthy heathens doing to my ships? Those are not Minmatar ships. They are cheap, Gallente copies. You should paint a pony on them and add ribbons and fairy dust for the amount of use they'd seen.

This Minmatar V3 upgrade is clearly non Role Play. These slaves could bareley afford painting they door.

I like the new Prowler as well (but the shimmering shield still could make it back ;) ) - but the Mastodon loses a bit of its bad-ass look without the red lights. (I hope it's still fast though)
Also, the upper front of the Mammoth hull (the nose if I might call it that) looks - and is - flat while it could use some detail.

There hasn't been done much to the Fenrir/Nomad, has it?

I'm not entirely sure that freighters/jump freighters have been done yet. I don't think that they have.

Why are the T1 ships all old Amarr colored? Thougth they were to be like how the Tornado and Reaper are, more of a dirt or rust color.

Same here, rather disappointed. I liked the 'dark and moody' look of the new Reaper and expected all the T1 hulls to get the same treatment.

Thanks everyone for posting these shots. I've been Minmatar from my first day, and it's great to finally see the V3 for my favorite ships. Looks like I'm going to have to step out of the Machariel for a little while to fly these new beauties around. At least until she gets the same treatment

Agree that the cobra hood on the the Vagabond and Stabber needs to come back. I loved that visual effect. And bring back my square paneled Fleet Tempest. That gave it distinction, and less of the space sailing ship vibe. I imagine they upped the model size on the Rifter line so the new turrets wouldn't clip out of the ship anymore. Although that was a nice "we literally bolted on the biggest gun we could find" touch, I thought.

I like to see the ship's exteriors evolving. It's a bit of a marker in the Minmatar history. The rebellion has lasted long enough that we can now afford the time to paint our rust
