Becouse i don like alt characters (i like to play in RPG, not in Role Playing Alt Game) i think about something like this.
Supercapital ships like MS ot Titans, should be able to "cloak" in space, when pilots escape from it. This could be loke like this:
Supercaps pilot go to SS, then escape from ship and "cloak it" (remotely, or autoamticaly). When he want to go back to it, pilot should warp to this SS and turn of cloak device (or fly close to ship)
This should give us more fun. Supercapital pilot, must find safe system, and be sure that no one else in for example covert ops don't see him when he cloaking the ship.
I think that we can also exact that pilots can't logoff in supercapital ships. For example supercapital witch pilot in it, shouldn't dissapear from grid. They should stay inspace. Then all pilots must "hide" supercapitals in safe spots in safe systems.
I think with delayed local in nul sec space... it should be much of fun :)
For do this even more interesting, pilots who want to stole supercapital ship, should "hack into it". This shoud take some time, for example 1 hour. And owner (ONLY OWNER, not aliance or corp) should get mail with information, that someone try to stole his supercap.
I know this is hardcore idea... but in my opinion... its should be fun, and we can use supercaps without stupid alt's.
This is just only an idea... don't kill me ;)
Greetings.

You don't need an alt, you can just leave the titan or MS in a POS shield. Just I doubt it will be there when you come back unless all your corporation is very trustworthy.
Your idea seem a bit pointless. Prepare for namecalling.

AFAIK, you can set a POS to require password from everyone, including corp members, then it's just a matter of picking a strong password and not sharing it with anyone. On the other hand, someone hostile might find it, reinforce the POS, and kill it. If it's in 0.0, they can also cover the entire thing with bubbles and you won't be able to jump out.

As far as I know, only if you change the password while the ship is inside the forcefield.
