Now obviously this is an epeen ship, but I'm also hoping it will be useful to the gang whilst being able to mix it in a way that the claymore can't quite frankly. This is for low sec skirmish pvp in a mainly minnie specced gang. Can't show the fitting cos I'm at work, but basically it's a vaga with a cap booster, bigger drone bay, twice the who and a fully specced rapid deployment link. Now I think this is sexy and cool, but there must be some flame potential there somewhere, so...

It's more the concept I'm interested in. Obviously what a Claymore can't do is manouvre out to orbit at 4km/s and spaff barrage with a nice fallloff bonus. Dunno if that's worth 500mil, but I'm sure there are plenty of people who pay that just to pimp their vagas. Discuss : P

I won't be orbiting at 4. I'll be burning out at that speed smoking tackle before settling in to orbit to munch on the main body. The vaga's speed is all about range control.

Going at a Speed of 4k ms.. if one is to read your post it clearly says you will be orbiting at a undifined range at the speed of 4km per second thus, how do you plan to track. - Emperor

It just increases the base value (22,5% with level V and a +2% link module): Field Command: +22,5% Fleet Command: +25,87% T3 Cruiser: +28,12% It IS the combination of a cruiser hull, high performance AND a stronger then usual gang bonus that might make this investment wortwhile, not the +5% Bonus alone.

Thanks for the feedback. Probably also worth noting that I'm not inclined to train command ships to 5 whereas the defensive sub is a level 1 skill. One last thing, for Ryan, I will orbit at whatever speed is appropriate to the situation. Having the ability to do 4k is nice for obvious reasons.
