they moved your ore from your can to theres they were trying to bait you into takeing it back and yes there no rule vs it you had the right to shot them. |

Its even better when you steal someone's idling, unpiloted carrier from their POS with a bad password.
TEST totally did that almost a year ago. The POS password was its name.

Learn to Jet Can Mine yourself, you jump in a hauler and go warp to belts and you look from peoples jet cans. If they attack you, you jump in your combat ship and blow them up and loot.

He doesn't care about your ore, he wants you to shoot him, therefore giving him the right to shoot you back.
The only thing he wants is an easy kill that can't shoot back, probably because his frustration of being so bad at something else and CCP encouragement of nasty behaviours versus other players.
High sec is full of those gays. Also, never jet can in high sec unless in some mission pocket (even then)
