I have an alt that is specced for amarr recon. My main is a Ishtar/Deimos/Domi Pilot. I will probably be using my ishtar.
I could not come up with a good setup for a pilgrim with a probe launcher. I have Recon V, but any help?
Was hoping to at least fit a AB, A fairly decent tank, and a neut and at least 1 td( more neuts and td's the better).
Basically it is just a tackler/neuter/tder but I want it to survive.
This is for scanning out missioners and explorers.
Anyone have a good setup? or point me in the right direction.

This works fairly well. You can fit another medium neut if you like with an 800mm plate I suppose, but the extra buffer is always nice.
Needs a 3% CPU Implant unless you go faction on the scrambler or use a j5b. Rigs are to taste.

I like the second setup and will do that with a 800 plate instead of the 1600.

Consider using these rigs.
Semi Conductor Memory Cell - Moar Cap
Egress Port Maximizer - Less Cap use for Neuts.
You use less 800 charges and since I use this ship for solo work, it means I can stay in the field longer.
Just my preff.
