3 ions, 1 nos, 2 tech2 small cap batteries, cap recharger, 1 tech2 small armor rep, 1 micro aux, 1 damage mod.
small armor can be run constantly, orbit at 500, and the only missions you cant take is mordus (or webbing frigs)

rails suck. even with serpentis, only frigs hit you when you orbit (and the occasional flameburst missiles). But those aren't a problem to tank out using my loadout. Serpentis blasters act more like medium range railguns.

there are ways to tank a single serpentis battleship and its cruise missiles... he doesnt fire them every 2 seconds.
