I haven't been in to EVE music until recently(usually have audio disabled), but I can listen to these all day:

"Do You Know Where You Are?" is a favourite.
It's remarkably similar to the theme from Masters of Orion 2, if there are still people around who remember that.

I listen to Static-X while mission running and mining to get me into the mood for destroying those asteroids and mission runners.
They haven't yet created a genre of metal heavy enough for me to go PvP with yet. ><
