A player can teach another player a skill (1-5% increased learning speed, depending on teaching player's Teaching skill and learning player's Learning skill) as long as the teacher has the skill at level 5 and the person being taught has the skill at anything less than 5.
The teaching player would have to sacrifice 5-10% of his skill training speed (depending on the multitasking skill level) to teach the learning player.
The teaching skill would allow teaching of a rank 1 skill at level 1, a rank 2 skill at level 2, a rank 4 skill at level 3, a rank 8 skill at level 4 and a rank 16 skill at level 5.
A teacher could only train one student at a time and would require the taught skill to be at level 5 for him/herself before teaching.
Contracts would be creatable to teach a public person for a certain amount of ISK per hour.
Learning skills would not be teachable.
At the lowest amount of skills (Teacher with level 1 teaching, student with level 1 learning) the student would learn 1% faster and the teacher would suffer a 10% penalty, at highest both numbers would be 5%.

ok a comment:
i think its useless why would u give someone extra training speed in stead for yours?
5% ist that much really the skill will take to long to train up to lvl 5 and %% on bs V
is like 50 days going to 47,5 days.
also lots of poeple will make an alt with this skill to trian up for their main
like
Main - 5 % bonus
Alt 1 - 5% slower speed
alt 2 - give alt 1 5% bonus and revies 5% slower speed
you can make a chain out of this to only lose training time on the last alt

No. It does not work with the RP behind how Pod Pilots learn new skills - ie they get uploaded via your neural socket (it's not like your reading a book).

There would be account restrictions.
