If your in your prized asset and some gang fancys raping you of your hard earned faction fits in the hope some high value items are dropped or just to give you a bad day! It would be nice if the concord "police" provided some more useful assistance than just blowing up "rapists" insured ships (who generally have a buddy to scoop on standby). Currently victim loses big bucks "rapists" lose peanuts. Concord should deploy a logistics ship and help make a fight of it at least. Even if you do lose you will have had a good fight and possibly a killmail/bounty or two. Or am i barking up the wrong tree?

So, what did you lose?
Nothing just witnessed some 0.0 pirates **** a 2.2 bil CNR in high sec funny realy lots of wrecks to plunder, but even funnier if the CNR had have been repped by concord all that effort by the pirates for no avail. An occasional take some of that would be good!

First of all, before we get started, allow me to point you to Unwritten Rule of EVE #1: Never undock in a ship that you can not afford to lose. This includes fittings and cargo.
CONCORD already has:
1) Infinite strength neuts - As soon as CONCORD shows up, all global criminals lose 100% of their ships capacitor, preventing them from activating any modules that require cap
2) Infinite strength ECM - As soon as CONCORD shows up, all global criminals lose their target locks and can not reacquire their locks
3) Infinite point scram - As soon as CONCORD shows up, all global criminals are warp scrambled with "infinite points", meaning that no number of warp core stabs will save you. This also means that hypothetically even Titans and Moms will not be able to warp. This will also prevent you from jumping out via a cyno.
4) Infinite strength webifier - As soon as CONCORD shows up, all global criminals have their velocity reduced to 0% so they can not move.
5) All knowing GPS tracking - If you commit a heinous crime in high sec, CONCORD will *ALWAYS* find you. If you warp off before they arrive at the scene, they will follow you to where you warp out.
6) Cloak scramble - When you get CONCORD's attention, they will "scramble" your cloaking device so that you can not hide from them - even if you warp out before they show up and cloak at a safe spot
7) Deactivation of docking computer/navigation computer - When you get CONCORD's attention, they will lock you out of all stations and stargates so that you can not leave the system.
8) Weapons of Mass Destruction - CONCORD will fry a heavily tanked battleship in seconds. CCP has stated that surviving CONCORD by any means is an exploit. If you get CONCORD's attention, you will die.
9) Unlimited Reinforcements - Regardless of the blob that you bring, CONCORD will bring a bigger blob. In fact, they will bring a blob for each ship in your blob. As stated above, there is no way to survive CONCORD. Not even Goonswarm could do so. Well, actually, Goonswarm COULD hypothetically survive CONCORD by crashing the node through sheer numbers, but I doubt CCP would look kindly upon this.
And now you want to add even more firepower to CONCORD's arsenal. To put it bluntly, remote rep assistance from CONCORD would be incredibly overpowered. CONCORD isn't meant to prevent you from dying - they are meant to punish criminals.
Suicide ganks are an important part of EVE. They force freighters hauling several billion ISK worth of goods to bring a scout or hire protection. They prevent haulers from afk autopiloting with valuable cargo. They force players to take precautions against risk, and force players to make important choices.
If CCP didn't want people to die to PvP in high sec, they would remove our ability to shoot each other in high sec entirely.

How about you do what people are supposed to do in a MULTIPLAYER game?
Bring friends with you that can do the repping, and if the repping fails can blow up the hauler that is scooping your loot.
After all, the evil dudes that blow your precious ship up seem to grasp that concept, why cant you?

Pirates play easy mode, but think themself the better. CCP will never make the game to hard for them cause they will give up. they hide behind sayings like go back to wow or tears more tears. but the truth is for the most part they suck. most highsec gankers are punks who could not cut it in 0-0. they gank in high sec while they are members of a NPC corp so they can't be war dec. and call miners mission runners carebears. while they hide behind the skirt of CCP .the whole thing is very funny. So I train my skills. up to 32 million now. I keep building up my SS with concord and when player Concord officers or bounty hunters come into game. I will be ready to start killing skilless pirate gankers

Really? Unskilled pirates who can't hack it in 0.0?
I make money doing various things - more than enough to support my pvp losses.
But I see some guys with their jita gank losses . . . .and it pretty much blows away anything I could do here.
It screams "FREE MONEY", and will continue to do so when you have untanked T1 haulers fitted with cargo expanders only flying around with billions of isk in their cargo.
I'm even thinking of training and alt specifically for ganking. And why not? You kids won't protect yourselves, I might as well get a piece of that juicy goodness

it's not infinite it's just much more powerful than anything off the rack. i've tested this on sisi with hisec carriers, it's about 15k cap per tick

Remote rep concord? Absolutely of no use whatsoever in the protection from suicide ganks. The whole point of suicide gank is to blow up the target ship BEFORE concord arrives. Last I checked,you have to be relatively close to the target ship to remote rep. Therefore, by the time concord shows up to rep you, you are either already dead, or the gankers are screwed anyway

Apart from being one of the worst ideas EVER, this would open up for the biggest exploits in the hisory in the game.
Imagine this situation:
You are at war and currently your precious battleship with full officer fit is being ****d while you try to deagress and redock. You now take an alt in a nub ship and open fire at said ship. CONCORD shows up and instantly reps your ship back up, meaning you got plenty of time to redock or kill your opponents (if they dont just do the same). It would end as npc-logistic-online with nub alts shooting right and left in wars.

And just wondering, whatever happened to the CCP idea of denying insurance payments to those involved in suicide ganking or similar criminal attacks that get you concorded?
