0 and O are the biggest problem, but as others have pointed out, a lot of the other characters can be hard to tell apart as well. More font choices CCP!

Woah damn! An actual issue being addressed?!
O 0 D need to be more distinguished.
Another problem I often have is with the number one followed by a dot. When you write this the dot is often swallowed in the "serif" of the 1.

The font is a part of the UI and also considered as a part of EvE "experience." Thus you shall never have larger or otherwise easier to read fonts.
