In this pic if you look at the NeoCom on the right, you will see that everything has been pushed to the right about 2-3 pixels.
It's driving me nuts. Does anybody else notice this?
edit: I hate CCP's forum linking system, you can't make pretty links.

I expected the link to contain a pic of you raging at the NeoCom with foamy mouthy and angy fisties, cursing some kind of Gallentean God(dess). Or baking cake while looking disgusted at the NeoCom.
What's a NeoCom by the way? I make space ships explode and don't design them, someone please enlighten me (best by drawing funny arrows in the picture). I first assumed it's a chat with me, like from communicting with me and stuffs. ._.

It's on the left.
If you move your mouse all the way to the left side of the screen, you "pass" the NeoCom buttons and you have to move your mouse to the right a bit to click on anything.
It's lame.

But yes, if your mouse goes "off screen" when moving it to the left, it sure would be quite annoying. Why not file a bug report?

HA! I think i see it now! Now I have to copy my client and patch to sisi to check it out myself.
Wait one cotton pickin minute here!! I just opened the TQ client and it does the SAME THING... (i.e. you move your mouse too far left and you cant pras butan)

It's exactly the way it is on TQ, nothing has changed.

is this screenshot really from Sisi?
Because in the current Sisi build, the "channels&mailinglists" button has been removed from the necom and an icon added to the chat channels, but I don't see those changes in the screenshot.

I took it from somebody else's thread.
But yes, I believe it is from Sisi.
The buttons are not centered anymore, and it looks off. It really does. Log into TQ, then look at it in Sisi. You can see a difference.

Even the devs can't see it. It might be time to do a side by side comparison with red pen.

bottom halves swapped
the icons are positioned slightly differently, but the buttons themselves have not changed in size or position.
Now that I've been informed there is a difference, I find the one on Sisi better looking. The one on TQ, the icons are slightly falling off the left.
So, /shrug tbh. This is not an issue or bug.

The OP probably should have put up side by side comparisons, but it looks like the clickable area of the buttons has shifted over to the right a bit with the new UI.
There always has been a dead space on the far left side of the buttons, but now the deadspace has grown by a few pixels since the buttons have shifted to the right a bit.

The brownish station background is TQ. (far left image slice)
The Blue/Green station background is Sisi. (second from left image slice)
On the third image slice I overlayed the Sisi UI on top the TQ UI and you can see how the buttons have shifted.
Honestly, not a big deal, but that seems to be what the OP is talking about.
They probably just didn't realize that the same thing is on TQ, just not the the degree it is on Sisi atm.

All the pictures look identical. Perhaps there is dead space that doesn't trigger menu's opening to the left of the buttons, but nothing that can be seen with a screen shot.

Look at the guy above you who posted a picture.
From the second I logged into Sisi I noticed this offset and it drove me literally crazy.
The button pushing seems to be slightly accentuated, but that's not the actual 'issue.' The issue is visibly, the entire NeoCom is slightly out of place. The new one feels intrusive.. almost like the entire thing is about to fall into my game space.
I want them smashed to the left again, it looked better that way and the icons were CENTERED. Now they are aligned to the right with this huge gaping gap to the left and it looks unpolished.

Looks fine to me. Better even. I prefer the one on Sisi, for all the difference it makes (none).

If the movement of the menu bar by a few pixels is driving you nuts, you need to call your therapist, and schedule an emergency session, and get a new prescription.
****. I don't even notice when my chair is 2 inches to the left or right. And you're worried about a few pixels?
Step away from the computer, and go out side. Meet someone of the opposite sex. Spend a week with them. Have sex with them. Then come back to eve for the weekend. Rinse and repeat.

I positioned the mail buttons from tranquility on top and sisi on the bottom. The difference is two pixels at my resolution.
