I'm pleased to announce this lottery for a:
Damnation BPO ME3/PE3
2nd Place prize is 250m isk
3rd Place prize is 250m isk
4th Place prize is 250m isk
4,200 Tickets left

Will have the ticket list up and running by tomorrow
Lottery Information:
- Tickets cost 10m isk each.
- There are 4,200 tickets available, there is no limit to the amount of tickets one person can purchase.
- To purchase a ticket, send isk to Grendell in multiples of 10m.
- In the reason field when sending isk type "GG004"
- The winning ticket will be drawn once all tickets have been sold.
- All isk sent after all tickets have been sold will be refunded.
- Ticket Refunds are not available unless lottery is closed.
Example:
One ticket, send 10,000,000 ISK to Grendell with the reason GG004
Five tickets, send 50,000,000 ISK to Grendell with the reason GG004
2x Letter "G", 2x Number" Zero", 1x Number "4"
The BPO will be contracted to the winner in a high security system near Jita.
The winning ticket will be drawn using the EVELottery software written by Niraia, which uses random.org's true random number generator.

Grendell could print oou the ticket list and point his finger somewhere random and I would trust him anyways, hell he could pick a letter and just take a random name with that starting letter and I would have no problem with it.
Grendell is a well known person and the systems he use are wellknown aswell.

alright I see. This lottery is not legit. Thats what I was thinking from the beginning. Thanks for confirming it to me.
It's the same system chrib and dark both use, except for the fact that the software I'm using does everything for me, including draw the random numbers for the winners. The coder who wrote this is the same coder who works for EOH poker.
If you don't feel comfortable playing, don't play it's as simple as that, lotteries aren't for everyone. If you just doin't know me, use eve-search it might ease your mind with all the 3rd party services I offer, and other services. If you're still not at ease, don't play, I won't try to convince you.
Oh and can I get a bump!

My lotto's take time and I'm fine with that. Last one took 3 months for 24b isk or so, so this one is going faster as far as tickets sales over time. Takes time for them to build up speed. So just be patient. I'm sure the lotto's will be faster each time, but until then can't do anything but stick with it and let them run their course. If you don't have the patience to play my lotto's while they are in this slow stage, don't play
All the info is in the first post, reason why I have the clause about a client's change of heart is because they are producing off the bpo in the meantime as I don't want to run the production on it.

Babyface to put it nicely, you're statement is very poor.
Ticket value has no real bearing. Lottery tickets are picked based on bpo value + admin fee. Odds are just as good as any other lotto if not better, since my admin fee's are low.

Yeah for the next lotto, I'll add it in the rules, that once draw is done there will only be a week to claim it, before a re-draw.
As right now I'm in an awkward situation, trying to figure out how much time is acceptable to wait.
Just annoying right now as I don't want to start the new lottery I have, until this prize is claimed.

Since you clearly haven't checked, the service has been suspended since the holidays.
