You underestimate how many people mission run only in this game. Carebears rule this game, deal with it. :)

Pandering to PvP crowd? 1. an utter failure by all accounts, and it still had boosts to the pve crowd in it. 2. speed nerf by itself was a blow to the pvp crowd. Orca's etc were a major boost to pvp crowd, I don't remember all the changes etc in it so honestly can't comment. 3. wormholes.. right.. a high sec carebear snackfest that also included some pvp aspects beccause the systems were rated 0.0 but the reality is... far more carebears work in them than pvpers. so.. I'd say a major PVE buff. 4.haven't read the dev notes so can't comment really. But I'd say lip service yes. Again, carebears win :) Saying faction BS overhaul is a PvE feature is silly seeing as their largely being balanced in light of their current PvP performance. Granted they can be used in pve and are more popular in PvE, but that's only because its "safe." And the biggest joke of your post there is the "little sov changes" ... It's getting COMPLETELY redone. Like turned on its head, spanked, thrown into a meat grinder and turned into a hamburger. Terrible metaphor, sure, but you have to realize that dominion sov changes will not reflect the old system... whatsoever, except that an alliance name will still appear on the top left of your screen. And unless something has changed recently, noob corps are getting their little 11% taxy dealio to push for making said carebears more vulnerable. For my final note I'd like to say that the best post in here so far was at least bellum is relevant in eve that he is relevant to the people that he has killed/killed him - You sir, are irrelevant because the only people who have felt your wrath are nameless AI.
