Here is my first public bond for 1.5b, 6% interest per month, the duration of this bond will be set to 1 month. The full 1.5b is secured by Cosmoray.
1 - Summary
About myself, I have been trading in eve for quite a few months, and made myself decent profits to gather a good amount of ISK, this bondÆs purpose is designed to increase my total capital so I can expand my market activities to another level.
I have had several characters, my first one being embouteilleur, which I sold on the forums to buy another character, which I sold to buy this trading toon.
List of past characters: embouteilleur, el cheapo, vada sultenfuss and Quantity.
2 - Business Plan
The investment offered here is incredibly similar to other investments on the forums, the ISK will be used for market trading in many regions, as well as hi-sec hauling across regions(via freighter or transport ships). With the investorsÆ isk, I will buy low in a region(mission hubs also) and sell high in another, I also have a list of corps that supply me with different goods at a discount, which is a part of my current income. I have estimated the bond to last for about 1 month at 11% interest rate.
Basicly, my trading scheme consists in the three following strategies:
- Buying big quantities of different products through different regions, I often get bulk deals from my suppliers which can net me a good amount of profit per week. DonÆt worry, I do not autopilot my freighter, so there is very little risk of being suicide ganked.
- Buying low in mission hubs and reselling in Jita for a higher margin.
- Station Trading

- there is very little risk for the investors, unless cosmoray runs away with 1.5b but it is highly unlikely

5 - Liquidation
All assets will be liquidated during the last week of the bond, payments will be made on the last day of the bondÆs duration, there is going to be two isk transfers, first one will be the amount that was originally invested and the second one will be the payment of the interests.
Note: As manager of this bond offering I reserve the right to initiate a forced buyback as much as one week before the closing date of this bond, if this were to happen all interest obligations will be met. The only difference would be the closing transactions being performed early.

I confirm I am insuring this bond for 100% value.
I am holding a freighter as partial collateral. I also have the OP's API information.
In case of default I will reimburse investors original capital (not responsible for lost interest).
All investors have to post and accept in this thread.
If the bonds are sold, investors are responsible for reporting to me any change of ownership.
The cost of the insurance is being paid by the OP in the form of 40% of net profits after interest payments to me.

Remember to discount the 31.818% from the total profits before paying investors and giving cosmo the 40% on the rest to acount for your own 700M.

Do i understand this correct that if the OP is turning the 1.5b into (example) 2b within a month, cosmo will be paid 164m for insuring this bond?

Think so. And he's only really insuring half the bond because the other half is collateralised. Pretty good return on a risk of 750mil for a month (without any lost opportunity cost for actually investing money). Nice work if you can get it!

there is two things I would state about this.
1. It helps a player successfully launch a bond
2. Using my name I carry all the liability
I am starting to offer this service on bonds/IPO's which I like.
On the upside I can make 100-200M ISK without investment, but I can also lose 750M.

I will take it at face value, 500m, on the basis of all rights to accrued interest passing to me.
I can either transfer the ISK to Nova to pass on, or transfer directly to you. Either way I will need Nova to confirm the bond transfer and my entitlement to the full 6% interest.

Yes, they are for sale at face value. All intrest will revert to you. I have spoken to Nova, and was told that the sale must be done under this topic so he and cosmoray can keep a record of the sale.

Hey Folks... I just got hit up by a person holding Nova's ship as collateral for the bond.
I'm sorry to inform you that I bought this character without knowing anything about this until the bond holder contacted me.
I'm sorry you lost money but Please do not hold me responsible for this. I had no way of knowing there were strings attached to this character ( I'm a noob I just needed a freighter pilot)
