I think that it would be a great feature if i could pay CCP a money amount to have all my ingame items moved to one high sec station so i can easly contract/move them to a differen toon to make it much easier to put the said toon up for sale... dam its a hastle to unload 2 years worth of stored up crap... how about it CCP! a good chance to make some extra $$$$ fairly easy.

Yeah, who needs jump freighters and delivery contracts anyway.

Alliance mail: "Everyone contract all their stuff they want down here to alt #474, we'll be paying CCP as usual this friday to move all the stuff for us. ISK donations are welcome to help cover the RL cost of this via plexes to the people paying. We'll be moving it to station ###### in system #### this time so CCP doesn't get on to our scheme. We still need a couple of jumpfreighters, pilots and protection detail to bring the stuff down from there. Remember: you'll have to wait another week if you don't contract your stuff to alt #474 before DT tomorrow!"
That's why this will never happen, or be ridiculously expensive, or severely limited.
More realistic thing to ask for is the ability to transfer ownership of all assets to another character, as part of the char transfer/sale, but having all assets stay where they are. E.g.: You specify the account where the character goes to and you specify a character where all the assets go to.

I've always kept everything in one hisec station even if it meant spending half a day hauling crap now and then. I'm not even particularly organized in real life, but that always made sense to me in game for some reason.

Guess i didnt think of those reasons. Iam just tired of the 3 hrs work so far iv put in transfering my stuff to one of my other toons. But yes the feature would make hauling contracts and the like not so used i guess. Still lol id pay ccp for that magic move all to (X) station .. even if its just stuff in high sec to high sec.

Three whole hours? Oh my.
I spent two days shipping stuff around a month ago, and I still have ships scattered on half a dozen stations around Amarr space. Take what you need where you need to go, and leave the rest somewhere safe. Use jump clones. Problem solved. =================================================

I've got one station that I consider my home base (chosen arbitrarily because of location and amenities) and I will move my high-value stuff there. Occasionally when I'm flying around highsec in an empty hauler I'll open up the regional Assets window and pick up anything that happens to be nearby. But mostly I just leave stuff lying around and I figure each item could be a pleasant surprise one day. I know I have lots of fitted PVP rifters in various places, and I think I have a battlecruiser out in Stain for some reason.

Just make 1, or maybe a few more, like 4-5 if you feel like it, "main" stations, central locations from where you can do "whatevers". Whatever you do in the area, those stations are where you end your day, where you unload your trash, etcetera. Ideally, you'll combine these stations with your jumpclones, so you'll have a set of "your stuff" ready wherever you clone to: A couple of ships of various classes, some stacks of various modules. But whatever you do, always bring your stuff back to one of these stations. You can cover quite some terrain with a couple of these homebases or depots, but also save yourself a lot of trouble by keeping these things organized.
Ideal homebases are at the border of 2-3 regions. Mostly from a market perspective, so you can work multiple regional markets at once, but also because regions work well to actually put bounderies around your depots, to mark their "workspace". If something ends up not being at a depot, then either move it yourself, contract it to be moved by someone else, or simply put it up for sale.
