Mission running bots were very common before the Unholy Wrath crackdown (and I suspect there are still quite a few around). I used to see them all the time in Gekutami (or however it's spelled) and Umokka. Apparently, it's not that hard to do, or at least it wasn't back then.
Also, it's properly spelled "honoUr", and the game is much more fun when you don't bother with it.

Interaction between players can involve various means.
Exchange of words, also known as communication is one way.
Other methods involve
exchange of energy, aka lasers
exchange of currency, aka trade
exchange of plasmabolts, aka railguns
exchange of bodily fluids, aka sex
Still, topics involving salvaging do not really belong in the C&P forum, simply because
-They do not flag for Combat
-They do not trigger CONCORD action
-They do not alter standings with anyone but the MR in any way, and even personal standings with the MR are rarely adjusted to this end.

I am talking not about salvaging, but about salvaging thieft.
Of course, it is not marked as a crime by CONCORD, but:
- any thieft is a crime;
- I deliver them a punishment;
- my punishment is a severe crime in terms of CONCORD (the penalty in SS for eliminating a pod in high security space is quite enormous);
- and CONCORD punishes me

I've heard of suicide cruisers and frigates, but a suicide battleship just for some salvage is pretty lol in my opinion

If you want theft to be punished and you want to do it yourself, then do it within the 15min period of the aggrotimer. But don't ignore the fact: salvaging is not theft and therefore does not activate the aggrotimer; only looting or taking from other gamers' cans is considered theft in terms of game mechanics. Concord allows you to do what you want for 15 minutes and simply let's you punish the to be punished.
About the game mechanics around the aggrotimer: Check this EvE Wiki 'bout it:
Aggression Timer
and
Criminal Flagging System
And these simple game mechanics rule out any ethics, ideologies, moralities and what not.
So assuming that you have an aggrotimer in your favor, make sure to punish the evil silent thief within those 15 minutes; else your right goes "poof" like you when Concord happens to show up (just like the foolish mega pilot who exchanged something precious with nothing due to his messing around with rl moralities and game mechanics; still loling 'bout it).

I BLAME TRAFFIC AND MY CLOCK ALARM!
Anyway, what's the problem? if you're shooting down a vigil for 300k isk top (actually only 231k because of basic insurance) it's not that big deal.
However, it's a shame when the mission runner's drones can't keep up with your speed and you have to brake a second to get them to shoot at you :(
