My goodenss. Are you all so sensitive that a little public disagreement makes you quake so? What happened to the idea of Gallente freedom and individuality?
If you want conformity so much go join The State yourselves. But around here folk get to have different opinions. Those opinions that bother you so probably are either uncomfortably accurate or have something valuable to teach you.

95% of those inside and outside of FW believe the Gallente won (because the center of gravity of this fight was e-peen).
You can't really do much change the minds of the remaining 5% (most of which are PERVS).

The percentages are impossible to really know, barring some objective data source you want to point me to? Has there been a survey I don't know about? And who cares about changing anyone's mind? That's certainly not my objective.
Blowing up the POS? That's an objective I can get behind. But changing minds? I gave up on that years ago. Folk's minds are their own, after all, and it's not me calling for conformity here.

The post was intended for everybody else who want to convert you, not you.

Look at the original thread, come up with the numbers, and report them back to us "Mr. Technicality" You're clearly in the minority (not that there's anything wrong with that!).

I'm not even in the galls and I'm part of the majority they won this battle.
Retreating through mechanics that don't allow the galls to shoot at the pos is about as cheesy as it gets.
And yes the vast vast majority of people paying attention to this believe PERVS have lost all epeen power and any support towards continuing a campaign like this.
Like I said, shoulda just let the damn POS die.

Oh, sure, I'll easily grant that the majority of posters sees this as a Gal win. As a rule I'm not overly impressed by the majority opinion on most topics. I don't have cable tv, voted against GWII before it was cool, wear utilkilts in the US, and am otherwise largely unmoved by the majority opinion across many topics. :)
I can't see why they should make it easy for us to kill the POS by sticking around FW any more than I can see why a successful fleet on a roam should make it easy to be caught and blown up by sticking around a battlefield for too long after the fight. The whole point is to achieve one's objectives and deny one's opponent the opportunity to do the same. But again, I'm sure I'm in the minority there. It's a fine Gallente tradition...

I honestly cannot believe some of the stuff I am seeing here. Catering to the opposing side is not what one does in war. Fighting within the mechanics of war is simply how things are done right. The only thing that would be remotely lame is if the POS was untouchable, which it most certainly is not.
No matter how much people think it is lame, this fight was no more than a draw. However, the Pervs are STILL there and the Pervs are STILL killing Gallente militia members in the heart of Villore, so you are only be kidding yourself if you think its anywhere near the favor of the Gallente. Like it or not, the Pervs are out in front and aren't looking back, while the Galls sit in here and reminisce about days of old when there wasn't a POS and hostile militia members in their main system screwing them in the back side.
Whats done is done, so unless any of you are going to be doing anything about it anytime soon, stop posting about it. Its getting old.

This isn't the RP forums. If you want to do Iraqi information minister style stuff, with unending devotion, that's the place to be. This is a game, and extending credit for good moves (given from many gallente to the pervs for the initial move before they ran while still proclaiming victory) can be done. Very similar to the gf's I give the caldari when they whoop my sorry little rifter's ass :)
I'm not so blind as to consider every one of you my enemy like Damar seems to do, I even ally with you guys when the situation calls for it. Friendly chatter can be, and is often had in local as well for those who are so interested.

Caldari POS no longer in gallente high sec? More than a draw. The pervs put the E-peen out there initially, and then we stomped on it and it ran away. But this point has been beaten to death.

Main system? I had to haul my ass back from Nenna to join in on the POS bashing. I generally see more purple stars in Nenna than I do in Villore during the times that I play (US evenings).
Having said that, putting a POS in a high sec system is definitely symbolic and was a great RP move. Given that you have all our systems, it was a very nice next play. We rose to the challenge and it's pretty much all over now. If it's territory you are looking for, then yeah, in the end you still continue to dominate the plexing war hands down. You have more dedicated plexers, better organization and logistics when it comes to plexing, and it shows on the map (gosh, did I just congratulate my enemy?).
But to come back to Villore from lowsec to defend it would mean I'd have to live in high sec, which would suck. And as far as I understood it, all these threads were about the caldari POS in high sec, not the pervs tanking 0.5 spawns in villore.
EDIT: I am just realizing how much time I'm wasting in these E-peen threads. Congrats on the idea pervs, good play, it's over. I don't think there's much to be gained by posting here anymore

If you gotta ask you probably shouldn't and the odds are good no answer will penetrate, based on past experience.

Granted POS shooting is dull as @*ú&ú! but it happens so rarely in FW it makes a nice change.
