went to use a macro on my G11 to have my drones attack an NPC only for them to just continuing orbiting. I played around with other keys and nothing happened, tested the keyboard with photoshop and had no problems so it seems to only be with Eve. Anyone else having problem with theres?

i'm usieng a 2nd gen G15 and it works fine. Though when I upgraded to Win7 Premium Retail this week, I had to put more of a delay on my weapon/module/drone macro's then normal.
Try putting a .015 to .035 delay between any key stroke, and a .05 delay before/after any CTRL/ALT keybind.

That didnt seem to work though when I make a macro with the MR key the resulting macro works, though it later doesnt appear in the macro list. Think I should reinstall the keyboards program?

Found out the problem. I had enabled my photoshop profile as the default profile and it seemed to be causing problems for the other profiles.

Also, keep in mind that the G-series profile manager doesn't like tabbing out of games. Mine switches to the EVE profile without a hitch on start-up, but goes back to the default the instant I tab back to windows even once.
