This char was mainly a mission running alt.
Shes able to fly golems, use t2 torps. Shes also able to fly hacs and t2 heavy missiles, shes mainly missile specced

I haven't accepted the b/o yet though. I wouldn't pay for my groceries before i went into the shop. I would pay for it when i got to the till. Its a question, I'm not trying to scam the man

To use your crap shopping analogy - if you are buying online, the groceries list extra large dildos at $50 - you send them $50, because that is the price, you don't wait for them to reply with "Accepted".

These are the rules - Agreements on the forums or in game, or winning an auction does not guarantee a character will be transferred to you. The seller may choose to renege on a deal at any time, prior to the transaction being completed

Technically because you havent accepted the buyout in writing it is a gift....
But ccp will not let it stand they have removed isk from people accounts and given it back in situations like this in the past ccp will not let this happen here.
I would either give isk back or send the char gm's will get involved if you dont they will warn you and obviuosly remove isk and send it back to the owner.
But no as of yet you havent scammed anyone just ingore the trolls techically you havent done anything wrong yet its just your choice but either way no you cant have the 4.5 billion for free lol

There's no reason for this to be a big deal. Just return the isk if you don't wanna sell it.
