GF could mean GirlFriend but....
In most cases it means Good Fight

It means GirlFriend.
When someone says this in local, it means they were so impressed by your prowess and abilities, they would like to be your GirlFriend (or the other way round, depending)

It means Giev Fish.
When you kill someone in EVE then it's customary to request they give you their fish. I don't actually know why though.... maybe it has something to do with the anti-griefer rules because stealing their fish would simply be wrong.

EVE - GF = good fight.....I know coming from WoW that's a hard thing to comprehend, but there actually ARE good fights in this game.

GF was girlfriend way before WoW. Before I found Eve and was in WoW, I used to laugh at the way they used the term 'lfm'. In personal ads, that means 'looking for male'.

The rules of at least one alliance states that gf is the only thing you are allowed to say in local.
I always wondered if it would be ok to use it ironically by killing some defenseless noob and spamming gf in local.

I do this all the time when we're blobbing some random guy. Watch him blow up in a matter of seconds and then everyone in fleet writes 'gf' in local.
