I am sure it is working as intented!
All other functions have 24h wait perioid but even a normal alliance member can immediately disband alliance! This just proves that ccp likes hackers and illegal isk sellers!

Seriously, you gotta admit that CVA and BoB getting disbanded are two of the greatest/funniest things to happen in Eve. After my petition to get a high sec carrier is complete, im going into Providence to claim my stake.

I do? They are ****ed up game mechanics which should never have been possible. They are about as funny as aimbots in FPS, not at all.

naw, its lame.
I had nothing to do with it, wasn't barely in the game at the time and I can say that.
"funny" ? maybe like "stupid" or "can you believe" .
There really aren't many good campaign mmo universes with real staying power etc .
Easy to get excited about the idea large political dynamics and group efforts of hundreds of players taking hundreds of months.
But then I read the history and see stuff like that and I'm, yeah, maybe it can't really work in an MMO as the stuff will be decided by some rule quirk or one or two guys wanting to be self aggrandizing idiots looking for their claim to fame in a little Nyah Nyah Nyah or Get-my-way or else baby tantrum. The lowest common denominator can use quirks in the rules to screw things up .
Giving the anonymity , the idea that even people who love playing a game in good faith will almost certainly eventually become disheartened with it before they quit, and inability to think of everything , that sort of Lame stuff is probably part and parcel of the game.
Some things can be addressed with timers and stuff but mostly, that sort of lameness is the nature of the beast. It sort of fits the Nerd stereo type but it sucks to think that I'm associating and the whole game scenario I might get interested in will be often determined by a socially immature act that people can get away with because they'll never be seeing the affected parties in real life.
Explain it to a friend that doesn't play computer games and they'll be "what do you expect out of the weirdo's that play those games" and unfortunately they'll be right and you'll sort of be a tool for putting yourself at their mercy.

So do you have ADD or something? Are you not capable of posting in an existing thread and so much of an attention ***** that you have to start popping around every board you can to post crap?
