yep as long as the stations in hi sec space shoot me all you want and watch concord have fun blowing you too bits. If the station is in high sec. empire space you can't not deny other players use of it, doing so is called harrasment and gets you a nice 2 month temp ban. So you can not fire on people you are not at war with.

just set a good long skill too train dock and log off for a while huff will get bored eventually of twiddling their thumbs and move on. If they have too just sit there for 2 or 3 days and do nothing I'm sure they'll love it.
