Now CVA can and do apply whatever policy they wish, but I cannot describe this one as fair - assuming CVA confirm the policy described by Jakiin, of course.

Sadly this is a common view among many Providence dwellers. They simply do not care about the plight of our brothers, to the point where they think slavery does not really exist.
